I’m a professor at the USC Annenberg School for Communication & Journalism who hopes this blog will help make web analytics useful, relevant and (yes) fun for journalists and public relations practitioners.
There’s a lot to learn about how to understand media audiences from e-commerce web analytics pros and from each other, so I welcome your thoughts, comments and questions. E-mail me at chinn[at]usc.edu.
